Terms & Conditions
Driver License
European, UK, or international (non-EU citizens) licenses are accepted, provided they have been valid for at least 2 years.
Driver Age Limits
The minimum age is 23 years for car groups B and 25 years for all other car groups. The maximum age is 80 years for all car groups.
Over Age Limits
Insurance is available for drivers aged 76 to 80, with a proportional excess liability of €800 (excluding VAT). This insurance can be added through the booking procedure.
Rental Insurance
Coverage includes Theft Protection, Personal Accident Insurance up to €1,000,000, and third-party liability for death, injury, and material damages up to €1,000,000. Taxes and VAT are also included.
Basic Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver is included in the rental price. It carries an excess of €500 for car groups B and C, and €900 for all other groups (excluding VAT). This excess is payable by the renter to cover damage to the car during the rental period, including any downtime.
Smart Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)
This additional insurance costs €10 per day and reduces the excess liability to €300 for car groups B and C, and €700 for other car groups in the event of an accident or incident involving another vehicle. It is available only for drivers aged 25 to 75 and requires adherence to Greek traffic laws and a police report for claims. You can add this insurance through the booking procedure.
Premium Zero Excess Coverage
This insurance costs €15 per day. It does not cover accidents caused by unauthorized drivers, driving on non-asphalt roads, driving on the wrong side of the road, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Exclusions also include damages to the car’s underside, wheels, tires, mirrors, and glasses, as well as incidents without a police report. Loss or damage to the key, the car interior, and personal belongings are also not covered. Coverage applies only to Kefalonia and Ithaki Islands, with 24/7 assistance provided.
Additional Charges and Fees
Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee of €100 applies for extreme dirtiness, smoking in the car, or wet seats.
Additional Drivers
For the first or second additional driver, there is a daily charge of €5 per driver. All drivers must accept the same terms and conditions as the main driver.
Out-of-Office Hours Service
For service outside office hours (09:00 to 22:00), there is a charge of €40 per way, available upon request.
Baby and Booster Seats
Baby and booster seats are available for €5 per day. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly attach the baby seats.
Fuel Policy
The fuel policy is "same to same." No refunds are given for excess fuel left in the vehicle or for early returns.
Taxes and Miscellaneous
Taxes & VAT
VAT at 24% is included in the rental price. Luggage racks, GPS, and snow chains are not provided.
Traffic Violations and Fines
Traffic fines are the renter's responsibility and will be charged to their credit card.
Rental Car Brands and Models
Bookings are made by car group, not by model. The company may provide a higher group vehicle than the booked one at the same price. Baggage placement is the customer’s responsibility, and the company cannot be held liable for damage to baggage or if it does not fit in the car.
Payment and Deposits
Rental Security Deposit
A credit card is required to cover the excess amount for car rental. For car groups B and C, a cash deposit is also accepted at car collection. Preauthorization deposits are released after 2 weeks for credit cards and 4-6 weeks for debit cards, depending on the bank.
Company Rights
Service Refusal
The company reserves the right to decline service to any customer whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disrespectful.
Amendments
The company reserves the right to amend rates or terms and conditions at any time.
